REFUND POLICY

Please carefully review all transactions before completing your purchase. 

All OCWW memberships expire annually on August 1. We do not offer refunds on memberships.

  • If you need to cancel your registration for an event, you will receive a credit that must be used by the end of the current season, which runs from September-May. Please keep in mind that we record all workshops and that recordings are available to registrants for a week; by canceling you will waive your access to the recording. If you registered for a session in error you may apply the balance to another session or request a refund. 
  • If an event is rescheduled or canceled, a credit will be issued, which must be used by the end of the current season. You may request a refund if you can’t find another workshop you wish to attend during the current season. 
  • Refunds are issued in the form of a credit to the original method of payment.
  • Credits that are not used by the end of the current season will be applied to next year’s membership.
