This workshop will focus on some of the tools writers can use when writing for the stage, as well as other genres such as short stories, novels, teleplays and screenplays. We'll be discussing plot, structure, language, theme and character. We'll then  experiment with a few writing exercises in which we explore character, conflict, wants and needs; setting, action and dialogue. Please bring writing materials to this workshop. And please be willing to share your work with the other participants.
